Producer visits.
The Board welcomes enquiries from individual producers, or producer groups, who are interested in visiting Wool House. Board staff value the opportunity of meeting producers in Bradford and visitors usually find it interesting to learn more about the Board's operation.
Where possible visits are arranged to co-incide with an auction and also include a visit to see some processing.

Day to day operations are run from the Board's headquarters in Bradford, with small regional offices in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Wool from every registered producer is graded at one of a network of depots throughout the UK which, working on contract, amalgamates individual clips to prepare bulk graded lots for sale by auction. This ensures a regular supply of large weights of wool of uniform type and quality for the international textile industry.
